3:30PM: With the opening of the Jambalaya Stage, a new area is available for festival goers. More vendors are setting up, including Citizens Campaign for the Environment, a nonprofit environmental activist group with petitions to improve the environment on Long Island. Volunteer Randy Acosta hopes to educate people on their mission, saying, “I feel like there will be a lot of people and I think it’s a nice experience. It’s good exposure and I think it’s fun to talk to people.”
